In an industry of many storied publishing companies, OVERLAP is a relative newcomer being founded in 2011. Not being bound to industry norms or a single type of media, we believe that our mission is to create IP in its most appropriate media and to further expand and promulgate these IPs through mixed media.

We find ourselves in an era where advances in information technology are resulting in the emergence of new media and culture. Our goal is to quickly detect the accelerating changes in trends to find new talent without relying solely on traditional systems of discovery, and to transcend both industry and national boundaries to rise to the forefront of the entertainment industry.
