OVERLAP’s business mainly falls under three main pillars.

First is our "IP Development Business", which plans and develops IP that is the foundation of an entertainment publisher. We work with numerous creators to develop our manga and novel content.

Next is our "Cross-Media Business". We aim to maximize the value of our IP, many of which originate as manga or novels, by expanding these IPs to other media such as TV animation, drama CDs, and live-action drama.

Finally we have our "Licensing Business". In order to maximize earnings from our IP, which originates from manga and novels and is increased in value through anime and other media mixes, we promote out-licensing to overseas markets and merchandising on our own website.
